El 17 de Junio del 2008, The Offspring lanzaría ''Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace''.

 »Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace», fue el octavo albúm de estudio después de cinco años de inactividad, como continuación de «Splinter», lanzado en el 2003. Siendo este el mayor parón de The Offspring, y notándose un gran lapsus de producción, ya que esta misma empezó en el año 2004, y no se atisbarían progresos alguno hasta Noviembre del 2006.
